Common questions

Short answers you can share and deep-link.

Can I pause instead of cancel?

Pausing is not available right now. You can cancel and resubscribe anytime on Pricing.

What happens to my progress if I cancel?

Your account stays, and course progress is kept. Pro-only content locks when your paid period ends; you keep Free access.

Do bank transfer or USSD payments auto-renew?

Some methods may require you to confirm or complete payment each cycle. If renewal does not complete, use the retry option in your dashboard or contact us for a Paystack link.

Can I switch from Monthly to Annual and keep my price?

Yes - switch any time. Your new Annual plan starts immediately. Price lock messaging is shown on the Pricing page.
