Most payment issues are fixed in 1-3 minutes by retrying with the right method or completing the 3-D Secure step. If you got charged but do not have Pro access, we will sort it. Just send your account email and Paystack reference.

Quick fixes (at a glance)

Problem What to try now
Card declined / "Do not honor" / "Issuer unavailable"
Retry once after 2 minutes -> ensure 3-D Secure OTP is completed -> try another card -> or use Bank Transfer / USSD in Paystack.
Charged but no Pro access
Wait 2–3 minutes (sync) -> refresh Dashboard -> Subscriptions -> if still Free, contact us with account email + Paystack reference. We’ll activate and reconcile.
3-D Secure window closed / OTP failed
Retry and keep the bank OTP popup in front; confirm within the time limit; check SMS network.
Bank Transfer pending
Send the exact account number/reference shown by Paystack; complete from your banking app; wait 5–10 minutes; if still pending, contact us with proof.
USSD timed out
Redo USSD immediately in one go; ensure strong mobile signal; if your bank caps USSD amount, use card or transfer.
Daily card limit / insufficient funds
Try lower amount (if applicable), another card, or Bank Transfer/USSD; some banks have daily online limits—use a card with higher limit.
International/online not enabled
Enable online/international payments in your bank app or use Bank Transfer/USSD; some cards block online by default.
Duplicate charge suspected
Check your bank app and Paystack receipt emails; contact us with both references—we’ll refund the duplicate if confirmed.

Step-by-step: complete your payment

Card (Visa/Mastercard/Verve)

  1. Choose Card in Paystack.
  2. Enter details and complete 3-D Secure (bank OTP/authorization).
  3. Wait for the success screen; then refresh Dashboard -> Subscriptions.
  4. If declined: retry once after 2 minutes or use Bank Transfer / USSD.

Common card blockers

  • 3-D Secure popup/OTP not completed in time.
  • Bank daily limit reached (enable higher limit in app).
  • Card online/international disabled (enable in app).
  • Temporary issuer outage (try again later or switch method).

Open dashboard -> Subscriptions

Bank Transfer (via Paystack)

  1. Select Bank Transfer; Paystack shows a virtual account number and amount.
  2. Open your banking app and send the exact amount to that account.
  3. Return to Paystack; wait for auto-confirmation (usually under 5 minutes).
  4. Refresh Dashboard -> Subscriptions.

If still pending after 10 minutes, contact us with account email, reference, and transfer proof.

USSD (via Paystack)

  1. Select USSD; dial the code shown (e.g., *xxx*amount*code#).
  2. Complete the prompt in one session (USSD expires quickly).
  3. Wait for confirmation and refresh your Dashboard.

If USSD fails due to bank caps, use Card or Bank Transfer instead.

Charged but no Pro access

  • Wait 2-3 minutes (sync delay), then refresh Dashboard -> Subscriptions.
  • If still on Free, contact us with:
  • Account email
  • Paystack reference (from the success page/email or bank SMS)
  • Payment date/amount
  • We'll activate Pro and reconcile the payment in our system.

Receipts, invoices and business details

  • Receipts are available in Dashboard -> Subscriptions after each successful payment.
  • Need a business invoice or resend? Contact us with account email + payment date/reference.

Refunds & cancellations

  • First-payment refund: We offer a 7-day refund on your first Pro payment only. See Refunds.
  • Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. You keep access until your paid period ends. See Subscription Management.

If there is a wider issue (for example bank network delays), we post updates on Status (when available). The site bot will also surface notices automatically.

  • We will never ask for your OTP, full card PAN, or PIN.
  • Pay only through the official Paystack checkout flows shown on our site.
  • If you suspect phishing or a fake page, report it to us.
