AI and Data Use Policy
This page explains how the Skillzonia assistant works, what it can and cannot do, and how we handle your chat data. It applies on originals.skillzonia.com and skillzonia.com.

Overview
The assistant helps you learn, find answers fast, and get more value from your membership. It should save you time and reduce the need to wait for human support.
What it can do
- Answer questions about Skillzonia Originals, plans, features, and how things work
- Recommend courses and learning tracks based on your goals
- Help you find the right page to manage billing and account changes
- Explain steps to solve common issues like login or video playback
- Summarize help pages and policies in simple language
- Suggest a steady plan, usually one or two courses a week
- Collect quick feedback to improve the product
What it will not do
- Ask for or collect card numbers, PINs, BVN, NIN, or one time passwords
- Take payments inside the chat
- Promise results or income
- Give medical, legal, or tax advice
- Override site rules, refunds policy, or community guidelines
- Access your private dashboard without your consent and a secure link
Data we use to answer you
- Public pages on Skillzonia Originals and Marketplace
- Your messages in the chat
- If you are signed in and you use a secure link in the chat, we may use limited account data like plan or course progress to answer that request
- We send only what is needed to answer the question
What we log and why
- Fix problems
- Improve answer quality
- Prevent abuse and spam
- Measure which answers help most
We remove direct identifiers where we can. Do not paste sensitive data in the chat.
How long we keep chat data
Up to 18 months for quality and abuse prevention. We may keep anonymized stats longer.
What we send to model providers
To produce an answer, we send the text of your question and the minimum context needed. We do not send card numbers or one time passwords. Where the provider allows it, we do not let them train their models on your data.
Model providers we use
We may use more than one provider. Today this can include a primary open model host for most questions and a fallback provider for harder questions. We may change providers to improve speed, quality, price, or privacy. The same data rules apply.
Your choices and controls
- You can ask for a human at any time
- You can ask the assistant not to use your past chats for personalization in this session. Try: do not use my chat history
- You can request a copy of your data or ask for deletion at [email protected] or on the Privacy Requests page
- You can turn off non essential cookies. See the Cookie Policy
Safety rules and escalation
The assistant first tries to solve the issue. It then hands off or gives you the right link when any of these happen:
- Money, refunds, or charge disputes that need an account check
- Locked account or billing errors that need a human to review
- Reports of harassment, scams, or a safety risk
- Security reports
- Legal or IP complaints
We prefer the assistant to try once before handoff so simple cases are solved fast.
Accuracy and limitations

Children
Skillzonia is for people 16 and older. If you think a child under 16 used the chat, email [email protected] and we will remove the data.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when we change how the assistant works or how we handle chat data. We will change the date at the top and may post a notice in the app.
