Overview

We respect your privacy. You can see your data, get a copy, fix mistakes, ask for deletion, and control how your data is used for the chat assistant. We try to respond fast and keep the process simple.

What we can provide

Identity verification

We must make sure we are talking to the right person. We may:

  • Send a confirmation link to your account email
  • Ask you to reply from the same email address
  • Ask for the last payment reference from Paystack

We do not ask for card numbers, PINs, BVN, or NIN.

If a request is complex we will tell you and keep you updated.

Limits

  • We may keep data we need for billing, fraud prevention, audits, or legal reasons
  • Some data may remain in backups for a short time
  • We cannot change data held only by Paystack. You can still ask us to delete our copy
  • If a request is excessive or repeated, we may refuse or charge a small fee. We will explain why

After we finish

We will confirm by email. If we cannot complete a request we will explain the reason. If you disagree you can reply to the same email and we will review again.
