Who we are

Skillzonia Ltd is the operator of Originals and the Marketplace. Contact details are on the Contact page.

Services and scope

• Originals: a membership with streaming access to short business courses
• Marketplace: paid courses from creators and partners where posted
• Community: on site community and lesson comments
• AI assistant: a chat tool that helps you find answers and plan learning

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 16
• Keep your login safe. Do not share accounts
• Provide true information and keep it up to date

Plans, billing, and renewals

• Subscriptions renew until you cancel
• Manage your plan at Subscription Management
• Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store card numbers

Refunds and cancellations

Refund rules and timing are on the Refunds page. You can cancel from your dashboard. Some fees may be non refundable as posted on the pricing page.

Course access and license

• Originals: access is by active membership. You may stream for personal use
• Marketplace: access is for 2 years from purchase unless the course page says otherwise
• No screen recording, re-upload, resale, or public sharing of paid content
• Accounts are individual and cannot be transferred

Community and moderation

Follow the Community Guidelines. We may remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts that break the rules. Serious or repeated violations can lead to termination without refunds.

Reviews and tokens

• Leaving a review uses one token
• Tokens may be included with plans or promos
• If a review breaks the rules it may be rejected and the token is not returned

AI assistant

The assistant helps you learn and find content. It may summarize public pages and your messages in the chat. It does not take payments in chat and will not ask for card numbers, PINs, BVN, NIN, or one time passwords. It may hand off to human support for billing or safety issues. Read the AI and Data Use Policy.

Intellectual property and takedown

We respect IP rights. Report issues at IP and Takedown Policy. Do not upload or share paid course files or third party content you do not own.

Prohibited uses

• No illegal activity or fraud
• No harassment or hate speech
• No sharing of private data of others
• No attempts to break or overload the service

Service availability and status

We work to keep the service online and fast. Downtime may occur. Live updates and incidents are posted on the Status page.

Third party services

• Paystack for payments and invoices
• Cloudflare for security and performance
• Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics
• AI model providers to generate answers

We share only what is needed to provide each service. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes to service and prices

We may change features or prices. We will post changes on the site and update the date at the top of this page.

Disclaimers

Courses and the assistant are for education. They are not financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. We do not promise income or results. Read the Earnings and Results Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Skillzonia is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Skillzonia in the past 3 months for the service at issue.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Skillzonia from claims that arise from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. If we have a dispute we will try to resolve it by email first. If we cannot resolve it, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, will have jurisdiction.
